How remote delivery is organized
Discovery establishes your requirements, users, systems and constraints. The proposal should define deliverables, communication channels, review points and acceptance criteria. Implementation can then be divided into agreed stages with visible decisions and documentation.
Cross-time-zone collaboration
We discuss working-time overlap, meeting schedules and escalation arrangements before committing to a delivery model. Service hours and response expectations belong in the agreement; they are not assumed to be round the clock.
Access, information and handover
Authorized access, information-handling requirements, intellectual-property terms and third-party dependencies need explicit agreement. Handover can include system documentation, administrator guidance, training and a support plan.
